The biggest attraction for the Szigetes is definitely the concerts of stars such as Pink, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Kasabian, Major Lazer, The Chainsmokers and hundreds of others. But Sziget is much more than just a music festival, it offers world performances of aerobatic circuses, dance performances, street theaters, discussions, but also an artistic zone with a variety of workshops . On their own at Sziget there will also be a sport of enthusiastic enthusiasts, for them there will be prepared an area for athletes . Those who prefer relaxation and festival convenience can relax on the Sziget beach . Do you seem to have named it more than enough? Believe that this is only a fraction of what Sziget is waiting for you! The possibilities to hear, see, try and experience is countless!
With great pleasure, the organizers announced that HURTS had recently appeared on this year's program. The British duo performs very smoothly and in suits, it is a reminder of the times when they were bypassing the labor offices as unemployed and not losing their dignity, wearing suits. Their debut album Happiness, including hits such as Wonderful Life or Better Than Love, has ranked among the top ten albums in twelve European countries and sold it worldwide for 800,000 copies.
At HURTS, visitors can enjoy Sunday, August 13 at 21:30 on the main stage.
From the Czech Republic it is not far from Budapest and it is definitely worthwhile to go to see Sziget. Considering that the whole festival lasts 7 days, we recommend a one-day or weekend variation. This weekend's new tickets are the weekend tickets guaranteeing three days of great concerts and entertainment. With this option, you can save 25 euros, which when you go in a pair means 50 euros together. And you know it, it's better in two.

About the Sziget Festival
Festival Sziget, Island of Liberty, is a festival that takes place on a beautiful green island in the middle of Budapest. A seven-day non-stop event, where you'll find about 50 program hubs and a range of about 200 events a day, is considered one of the best and greatest multicultural meetings in the world. The bands' performances range from the largest in the international poprock scene to electronic and world music, even though you can find metal, folk, jazz, blues, alternative and even classical music while walking around the huge festival grounds.
Sziget is not just music, it also offers a variety of cultural programs such as theaters, circuses or exhibitions. There is also a beach where you can enjoy the summers and the Danube. It is also the only great festival where you will find authentic Romani music and a place for the gay community.
And we should not forget that the festival is located in the middle of Budapest, a tourist town with a lively cultural scene, beautiful historic buildings, Turkish baths and pubs that deliberately look like before demolition. The festival annually attracts more than 500,000 Sizzhiets during their week.
