SOUP OF FRESH TOMATOES

1500 g of tomatoes

1 l of vegetable broth
1 onion

Procedure

Add the celery, and for a while, toast, add the tomatoes, pour them over a portion of the broth, turn over and leave for a few minutes to choke.
Add the most of the basil with the stems to the tomatoes, pour the rest of the broth, simmer and pepper and cook about 10 minutes.
Mix the soup and put it down. Stir in it the rest of the basil sliced roughly (a few leaves can be left on the decoration).
Season the soup with salt and pepper, serve with sour cream and basil leaves.
