The work of the Polish artist is by far the largest exhibits. Noteworthy, however, is a whole collection, which in collaboration with Prague Venice and the Association of Czech nativity scene artists traditionally prepared Charles Bridge Museum.
"It's a tradition, and I dare say that nothing like this is the time holidays in Prague and its surroundings to be seen. When you see the figures of Mary, Joseph, baby Jesus, larger than life, so it has its own atmosphere, "says doc. Milan Zábranský, chairman of the Association of Czech nativity.
Besides the biggest crowd-puller snap or works of famous Czech artist Mikulas Ales, Josef Lada, Josef Wenig and Marie Fischer-Kvěchová. Of course it is represented
and folk creativity and the exhibition is not only limited exposure to the "classic" nativity scene with figures and animals. Variations on the theme of Bethlehem is in the museum countless, including historical documents about the celebration of the most beautiful time of the year.
The exhibition is on display at the Museum of Charles Bridge in Prague until 3. 2. 2015.
For admission for adults pay 100 CZK, reduced admission for children, students and seniors is 50 CZK. You can make your visit as well magical boat ride on the waves along the banks of the Vltava winter Prague, including the delicious mulled wine and gingerbread.
