The basic axis of the life and art of the story Soni Red will create a unique documents from leading European and American scenes. More than a hundred archival images taken from the first half of the 20th century until the middle of this year (production of "1914"), the digitally cleaned and transferred to photographic paper exhibition format.
Collected and presented are as yet less known audio recordings of operas, musicals, musical theater and movies. Audio section of the exhibition to show the public, among others. Janáčka with the standard interpretation in English in San Francisco as recitations melodramas (Ullmann, Bernstein, Suk, Štědroň, Brezina, Kvěch).
Large-screen projection offers documents lent Czech Television: 13th Soni Red Chamber (directed by Olga Sommer) and red thread (directed Radomíra Urbana). On display will also stage props, costumes and personal effects artist.
Multimedia exhibition form, representing the life and work of extraordinary artistic personality, enhances direct active participation of Ms Sonia Red in all preparations.
Introduction of the exhibition is devoted to the family of the artist, the late forties recall the first theatrical experience of the musical Finian's Rainbow. Visitors will see gradually stage images of opera performances at the Estates Theatre Prague, the State Theatre in Brno and the first foreign engagement at the Staatsoper in Berlin, Germany. A separate section of the exhibition is devoted to the artistic activity Soni Red in Western Europe and in Germany, then the most detailed continuous-time in Frankfurt. The other major opera houses exhibition showcasing among others. Working in opera houses in Vienna, Barcelona, Edinburgh, Palermo, Brussels, Seattle, San Francisco, etc.. Part is devoted to the role of Carmen, accompanied by roaring success at the world's leading stages.
Another important part of the exhibition are documents of the tasks in the works of Leos Janacek - The Diary of One Who Disappeared, Katya Kabanová and Jenufa. For the first time the public will also be presented dramatic role, created by the renowned Thalia Theater in Hamburg in collaboration with Robert Wilson, Tom Waits and Lou Reed.
Conclusion The exhibition documents the return Soni Red to his native Prague and its role in the National Theatre.
